Exams and Follow-up Administration
Coordination with the Student Affairs Administration regarding:
Lists of applicants for exams of various departments (Midterm exams – Final exams – Second round exams for undergraduate students).
Compiling lists of (equivalency students + regular students + externally enrolled students) for different specializations and determining makeup courses, failed courses, and carried-over courses.
Reviewing exam results for different departments and studying related statistics to identify makeup and failed courses.
Reviewing student appeals regarding course results.
Coordination with academic departments regarding:
Compiling examiner committee lists.
Compiling the formation of committees and schedules for midterm exams.
Compiling special requirements related to exam nature and type of answer sheets.
Coordination with the Administration of Faculty Members Affairs and Employee Affairs regarding:
Compiling lists of faculty members and teaching assistants (leave – excuses – exemptions).
Compiling the number of administrative staff participating in exam duties.
Coordination with the Monitoring Department
To compile data on available spaces and determine committee allocation and student density.
Coordination with the Secretary-General
To provide exam answer sheets used in exam operations (midterm – final).
To provide logistical preparations required for exam operations.
Coordination with the Control Units
Monitoring the application of quality standards and the regulations of assessment and examinations.
Compiling exam result statistics.
Coordination with the Dean of the Institute, General President of Exams
Approving exam schedules.
Approving the formation of examiner committees.
Approving exam timetables.
Approving observer and supervisor schedules and heads of main and subsidiary committees.
Approving the formation of exam administration committees.
Following up on the implementation of the Dean's decisions regarding exam operations and any other assigned tasks.
