Vision of the E-Learning Unit:

The vision of the E-Learning Unit is to enable the institute to strengthen the culture of e-learning, aspiring to lead and excel in distance education through modern technologies.

Mission of the E-Learning Unit:

The mission of the E-Learning Unit is to develop and enhance the educational process at the institute by providing a comprehensive learning environment that utilizes technology in teaching, offering support and solutions to activate e-learning at the institute, and employing all modern technologies in the field of e-learning to provide an integrated e-learning system and enhance the capabilities of faculty members, assistants, and students for effective application of e-learning.

Objectives of the E-Learning Unit:

  • Contribute to achieving the institute’s objectives related to e-learning.
  • Promote the culture of e-learning at the institute among faculty members and students.
  • Develop skills of faculty members, their assistants, students, and administrative staff ("Monitoring - Student Affairs") in using the e-learning system (lectures, sections, exams).
  • Provide support and training for faculty members, their assistants, and students in the field of e-learning and facilitate necessary arrangements.

Tasks of the E-Learning Unit:

  • Coordinate cooperation between the institute’s E-Learning Unit and the academy.
  • Follow up on creating electronic accounts for faculty members on the institute’s learning management system.
  • Monitor registration of faculty members, assistants, and students in their respective courses.
  • Maintain continuous communication with educational stakeholders (faculty members, assistants, monitoring department, student affairs) to ensure work quality and provide necessary support for any issues in using the system.
  • Coordinate with the academy’s E-Learning Department to prepare short educational videos and instructional guides on using the e-learning management system.
  • Organize workshops and training courses in e-learning and related programs.
  • Other tasks to be defined later according to work requirements.
