Vision of the Graduates Unit:

Continuous communication with the institute’s graduates to monitor and enhance their level to meet labor market requirements.

Mission of the Graduates Unit:

The unit is committed to preparing graduates for the labor market, improving their efficiency, developing their skills, and creating communication channels to follow up on their performance.

Objectives of the Graduates Unit:

Establishing a unit to follow up graduates to strengthen the relationship between the institute and its alumni by building direct communication bridges, providing services to enhance their efficiency and skills, guiding them towards the labor market, and coordinating with their workplaces for purposeful collaboration that benefits the institute, graduates, and society. This is achieved through the following:

  • Building a database of the institute’s graduates.
  • Providing graduates with updates in their fields and specialties to develop their academic and professional levels.
  • Monitoring graduates’ professional status, locations, and obtained positions.
  • Enhancing graduate skills through specialized training programs and cooperation protocols to improve job opportunities.
  • Providing job opportunities aligned with labor market requirements through the annual employment day held at the institute.
  • Leveraging graduates’ experiences to guide and assist current students.

Tasks of the Graduates Unit:

  • Establish and maintain an updated graduates database.
  • Create a database of institutions and companies related to graduates.
  • Survey graduates and beneficiaries regarding services provided by the institute.
  • Prepare graduates for the labor market by enhancing their skills through distinguished training programs.
  • Organize an employment day to achieve effective communication between graduates and community institutions.
  • Organize conferences and scientific seminars.
  • Keep graduates informed of academic and research developments at the institute.
  • Conduct surveys to measure employer satisfaction regarding graduates.
  • Encourage graduate participation in various institute activities.
  • Prepare quarterly reports to present to the Vice President of the institute.
