  • Allocating an appropriate place for storing engineering drawings and various networks, determining the method of handling them, securing them against loss or theft, and specifying the authorized personnel allowed to access them.
  • Determining the method for reporting malfunctions, identifying responsibility and levels of severity, and outlining how they should be resolved.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance plans to ensure the improvement of buildings, roads, and networks.
  • Preventing all parties from performing any excavation, construction, or modification work without reviewing the drawings, ensuring compliance, and documenting any modifications in the engineering records.
  • Manufacturing some simple items.
  • Preparing cost estimates for maintenance work and determining initial costs.
  • Keeping and maintaining technical equipment, tools, and instruments, and conducting periodic inventory checks.
  • Participating in inspection committees and providing technical advice.
  • Determining the academy’s needs for technicians (numbers / specialties).
