Al-Shorouk Academy Wins Three Awards in National Theater Arts Competitions

In another achievement added to its record of excellence, Al-Shorouk Academy won three first-place awards in the Theater Arts Competition for the 2024–2025 academic year, amid strong competition from numerous educational institutions across the country.
The three awards were in the following categories:
First place in the general theater arts competition
First place for “Best Direction”
First place for “Best Set Design”
The dedicated efforts of students and faculty members resulted in outstanding performances in acting and directing, with students achieving the following ranks:
Mohab Reda – First place for Best Direction
Fady Ashraf – First place for Best Actor, for his distinguished performance praised by the judging panel
Adham Mohamed – Second place for Best Actor, for a performance admired by both the audience and critics
Youssef Yasser – Third place for Best Actor, for his precise acting and well-developed character on stage
Farida Salem Younis – First place for Best Actress, for a performance marked by presence and skill
Germaine Sami – Second place for Best Actress, for portraying a character with high artistic spirit
Shorouk Samir – Second place for Best Actress, for her dramatic sense and expressive performance
This achievement highlights the academy’s commitment to supporting artistic creativity and nurturing student talent, reinforcing its role as an educational and cultural beacon that places art at the forefront of its educational activities.
